15% downpayment, 10% after 3 months, and installments over 10 years.
8% of the total unit price is paid as a maintenance deposit.
The installment period is up to 8 years.
80,000 EGP are paid for the regular maintenance of gardens with 80,000 EGP for the club membership.

The Delivery Date

The developer has decided that the residential units shall be delivered unfinished, and it can be finished (ultra super lux) according to the client’s desire.
The date of delivery of the residential unit shall be after 3 years of contracting.
